My audio upgrades

thats impressive. ive always wanted to meter my 12"s but idk anyone with a meter but i was doing a show for my buddys and the tin on a barn about 75 or so feet away was rattling. ide like to say im over 150 but idk.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but a 150 is no easy feat. Unless it's got uber amount of power and multiple 12's in a spl specific box. Your more than likely doing 140's. I'm running 2 monster 15's and 1200 true watts and probably only around a solid 145-147 at the headrest.

not sayin im not, but ive never had it metered or anything so if i did break a 140 i would be uber excitied. only reason why i say im over 150 (or extremely close) is im running an aero port box, 33 hz, fiberglass lined insides, and my amp does birthcharted at 1973peak at 4 ohms, 2420peak at 2 ohms, and 3100peak at 1 ohm. its "rated" at 1000rms 4 ohms, 1200rms 2 ohms, and 1500rms at 1 ohm and im running 2 w3s at 2 ohms and soon to be (as soon as i get my trans fixed) 2 sundown sa-12s at 1ohm. in a custom spl box.

That would be sealed on the windshield. He used his Term Lab equipment to get the numbers. I really really really really enjoy it.

v3? Im running a v1 sundown 1500 in my truck at .5 ohms on 2 SA15s.

I no this post is a little old but im looking to do the same with my ranger what speakers did u finally go with. Ive always been a great fan to music I had 3 15's in my dually and loved it. My ford is just blahh I need some tunes
