Here is my 92. It did have a 3.0 in it but when the head gasket went i decied to install the 2.3 turbo.

It sounds bigger then what it really is with the cam.

Thanks guys. It runs good. I'm running 8psi but it wants to creep past if you stay on it for a while in 3rd or 4th. I guess my wast gate is not opening all the way. It just started when i opened up the exhaust with the flowmaster. It will boost to 8 psi then stops then wants to start creeping. No big deal but i cant have it doing that once i start turning up the boost. Don't want any detonation. I guess i just need to buy a new wastegate. The other day it was idling in the drive way and i heard a little vibrating noise. It was the rod on the wastegate just barely rattling. It felt a little loose. So I'm thinking something going on with it. :icon_confused: But other than that it seem to be doing fine.

word of advice get rid of that muffler with the turbo. They say that a flowmaster is pulse tuned muffler but the problem is that the turbo smooth those pulses out and they say that it will actually create backpressure. Get a magnaflow straight through style. I run the biggest magnaflow i can on my bronco and it works great

Edit: it also looks like you have the square intake. Take it and have the flange cut off and rotate it 90* so its facing the front of the truck and it makes installing a intercooler easier if your going to.

Wow! That is one sweet, clean installation! Good for you!

That does look great, Nice job. It looks like you had some clearance issues with the heater box. I am doing the same swap you did. I have a non-A/C truck. Would you recommend going with a stock location or a center mount exhaust manifold? What is that electric fan set up from? Thanks

What is the lift and duration on the cam you're runnin

that looks awesome!! i recently bought a 2.3l turbo from a mustang. how much boost does the engine make stock? what do you recommend to some one like me who is going to be doing this swap soon?
