My 91 Ranger the stRanger

just seems my "I beam" has more of a groove is all....

anyways, glad to have helped...

Well the front is mostly done. I need to bleed brakes, build a new tranny and doubler crossmember, get shocks. I tried aligning it but it was the first time I have ever done something like that. 12.5 inches of ground clearance at the knuckle. Serious fender massaging required also. I might have to move the axle forward a bit but I'm not sure yet.

I'd like to see a side shot. What size coils?

Looks great! Full kit from duff? How easy to install?
Yeah pretty much. I used their 78-79 bronco arms, coils, panhard braket, SAS coil buckets, and HD lower coil retainers redrilled 3/4'' in. I reamd the knuckles and pitman arm for ruffstufs steering kit. I welded the steering and panhard. Also ruffstuff diff cover

Ill snap a pic as best i can from inside the garage. The rear isnt started yet either. Tires are 37 12.50 on 17x8 with 4.5'' bs

Oh and they are duff 5.5 EB coils

from those side shots.....I would try to move the axle forward a couple inches....

and yes, there will be some major fender trimming in your future:icon_thumby:

I've got cage 5.5s and mounted mt buddy's 37s on for mock up looked real similar to that. I tore it apart and moved my axle forward 3-4". Problem is then steering linkages overlap so then came Toyota steering box. I'd try to go as far ahead as you can with the stock box. Swap in 3.5" coils and start cutting that would be sweet.

Yeah there is definitely room to move it forward about 1-1.5 inches and i will probably do that. It is a bit taller than i wanted but after looking at it, if i put a shorter coil in, the trac bar looks like it will have cleareance issues with the engine x member.

Your truck is gay, you are gay :thefinger:

:icon_thumby:

Your b2 could be badass if you didnt cheat on it with that dodge:thefinger:

Warn premium lockouts came today. My ruff stuff order, shocks and the bender should be here next week. Taking the weekend off

So when you driving this bitch back to WA?

I'm over the B2, perhaps I'll build up a ranger or something someday. Jeff and I need you back here as a wheeling buddy.
