My '90 Ranger project

These abstract chunks of metal take a silly amount of time! I did get the transmission crossmember done today though! It even fit when I was done... It's going to be a serious pain in the rear to drop the trans crossmember if I have to pull the transmission but I think if I pull the bolts into the tail housing instead of the nuts on the mount and jack it up a bit it should come out... Still have some steps to do but the only fabrication left involves the O/A torch and press to straighten the steering link...

All the work did pay off, the radius arm bushings are in their neutral point at ride height so that should help the suspension work I hope...

Oh, @SenorNoob I'd make another set if you came over and helped and supplied materials :), I took VERY FEW measurements in this whole process mainly just making sure that things were even side to side, all the flat material has been whittled out of stuff I picked up from the scrap yard over the years (bought by the pound for this type of thing), I worked through most of my stock of 3/16" plate...

Pretty sure it'd be cheaper to buy a set than drive my Ranger out there. LOL I appreciate it tho.

Lol, I know, if I had CNC stuff and planned things ahead instead of just winging everything it would be different :)

Finally got the radius arms done, first pic is when I just let the jacks off with the tires on before I got the last 4 bolts in, next two are on the first of the test drives, still want to get some more time on it and adjust the inner fenders since at full stuff turning it hits the front now instead of the back :)
