Looks like you are on your way. It must be nice to have a lot of space to put "things".

Keep us updated on your progress.

I've seen a shortbed but I didn't know they made longbeds!

donno where the person found them! i bought the truck off a buddy i use to work with he had planned on fixing it up but then found out the floor was gone!! so i took advantage of the truck and get it for the boxsides, hood, pass fender, and any other parts i may need!! the boxsides are a bonus where they are fiberglass so it won't rust! and hopefully the truck will last me awhile!!! plan on painting it blue and silver, and the interior of the parts truck is blue donno if i'll swap it or dye mine now!

I work with a guy who was a licenced Bodyman in Nova Scotia, He always delt with fiberglass replacement parts. Before I ordered my replacement pannles from ACP (in Calgary, and probably elsewhere), we called to the supplier that he delt with who delt with the fiberglass fenders. It turns out the company went under about a year and a half to two years ago. Or else I would have put fiberglass on my truck instead of what I have now (or soon to be on). When we called, they only had the box sides, and for the cost of them, and to get them to Calgary it was going to cost me almost what I would have paid for them. It was cheaper for me to buy a "junked" box from a salvage yard, and new pannles from ACP.

So what are your plans for the truck, I'm intrested to see how yours turns out, I'm redoing my 89 right now too. Its going for body and paint on Monday, I shouldn't get it back for about a month.

i plan on doing it over, outside paint it blue & silver! maybe install some screens in the visors and have a ps2 in it... then eventually jack it up
