I usually dont like low trucks. But that is a damn good looking ranger. I may have a set of leaf springs in the near future for ya. Only a year old. I will let you know when the lift is finally put on.

as far as dropping the truck i'd put 3 inch dream beams on it but put some new 4.0 springs in it. the v8 kinda heavy. 4.0 springs should handle it pretty good. as far as the back i'd do a flip kit on the rear end and flip the shackels. take out the middle leaf in the pack and add a stiffer spring. like a short or long add leaf from summit. you should net a 3/4.5 drop and be about even. maybe even pipe notch the frame in the back.
