I really like it, but how on earth does the D28 and 7.5 hold up?

Honestly it still amazes me, knock on wood lol. Im guessin its part to do with having lower gearing, dual t-cases, open diffs, and a fast clutch foot has saved em many times also

Believe it or not, but here is my truck when I first got it in spring of 98

And this is what it looked like before I wrecked it in 03

Then eventually came 35's. Who says 35's wont fit a unlifted Ranger

dude those 35's with no lift is insane...how did you wreck it?

I was flat towing another Ranger when I lost control. Laid me on my passenger side facing the opposite way I was heading and all the way on the other side of the road. However I came out of it uninjured and other than some bad body damage my truck wasnt hurt too bad either Just broke the right motor mount and the exhaust came loose at end of the manifold. Thats built Ford tough!!

and i'm not sure i call those 35's "fitting" on the stock lift... just b/c they bolt up don't mean you can do anything w/ them!

Ya i know, once i put them on the axles and dropped the jack there was at most a fingers width between the tire and body. Ive been debaiting what to do next, SAS or build up a D35 or D44 TTB I keep goin back and forth on the ideas. SAS would be a little easier, but the TTB would be more unique.
