My 1st Speeding Ticket

My friend just got his license revoked for some bullshit.

He got three tickets. He turned 18 three days after his last one. At the time of receiving the ticket, he was going to loose enough points to take his license. He went to cort and everything was fine. He had the points of an 18 year old. He just got some shit in the mail saying he has another (new) court date to turn in his license basically. Shitttttty.

Poor guy. No license, parents just split up, failing out of high school, dead end job.

I was in your boat once. Just pay it. I got nailed speeding, thankfully I was 3mph under the point of losing my liscense. They are pretty serious about that anymore. I lucked out a little because I was written up for disobeying a traffic sign, not speeding. Next time either do the speed limit or go fast enough so you don't get caught.....oops I thought that second part out loud.

127 in a 45? Count your blessings and pay the ticket.
BTW, an 850 Holley is too big for a SBC anyway.

i dont have kids YET but they will be hearing the same thing. your one lucky SOB. a 850 is way to big for almost any small block. whats the 1/4 mile numbers on it? BTW i am cool with driving that fast but next time do it on an divided road so you have little to no risk of a head on collision.

the only thing is that it lets too much gas in at idle, it is running way too rich

I would not even use the work lucky. First of all I wish I would have stopped you because you would have went to jail and then I would have bought your truck from the police auction. Thank about it like this most people on here have kids and there on the same street your were going 127 on there is a justified reason the speed limit is only 45 on the road you were on. Secound saying you were the only one on the road bull shit what about deer or other critters thats just dumb and for me saying you should have went to jail that would have been a good day for you, thats how stupied people get killed and what race tracks are for.
I am a cop and I am not saying I dont speed but I do it smart and within reason, everyone should get a break but there is a limit and you were seriously over the limit So good luck with that.

Yea thats right I read most threads that bash/trash or even nice things said about law enforcement and I say nothing, but the first time you work and fatailty accident within the city limits where most speedlimits dont go above 45 then you might want to through in your 2cents. Besides he only a few years younger then me and I ve done stupied things I just want him to thank about the other drives and peds on street no matter what time of day. It would be one thing if he realized what he did was wrong and stupid, but he didn't he thanks its funny and acceptable because of the time of day.

I'm obviously not in company of greatness here. 127 in a 45 should be mandatory 30 days and 1 yr walking. Killing somebody doesn't get reversed with a ticket or a handshake.

i actually right now have no sympathy for ya man, i got 5 tickets all about to hit the courts, and the worst they cna do to u in court is drop the price lol, god i remember my first 125 but mine was in a 50 and he droppped it down to a 90 for me

Jesus christ dude, 5 tickets, you've had your licence under 2 years! I'm far from a perfect driver and I've yet to be pulled over and my front licence plate is missing, my exhaust is way too goddamn loud and a parking light it out.

And yes, pay the ticket, you're very lucky he dropped it down.
