OK fellas here it goes, my canvas started off with a factory stock '03 FX4 Level II, that I bought three years ago on the 13th of April 2007 (which by the way was a Friday that year!) Unfortunately I do not have a picture of when I first got her. Just imagine the following two pics with the amber bulbs on the bed cover.

Those lights have been on the truck for two years now and are turned on via the park lights, and are hooked in thru the trailer plug under the the bed.

Dash lights

I didn't mess with her too much for awhile (read also lack of money) until I decided to change the color of my dash lamps. Ordered a bunch of stuff from SuperBrightLeds.com to accomplish the following:

I know they are not the greatest pics but the camera is broken and I used my "CrackBerry". They do look much better in person trust me!

New grille!

September of last year I hit a deer on my way to work, didn't kill the dang deer, or my truck but it did crack the hell out of my grille. So while looking around on LMCTruck I found a new one and decided to take this:

off the truck so I ordered this:

So now she looks like this!

Sexy stuff huh? :icon_thumby: Funny thing is the chrome grille only cost me $20 more then an original honey comb grille, and I didn't have to paint it!

Tail gate handle . . . .

came next. A couple of weeks ago I went to get something out of the bed and the darn handle broke, played hell trying to get the thing open to fix that!

Matches the new grille! I like shiny chrome pieces!

P.S. I know she's dirty! I needed to fix the handle issue and fast so . . . . :dunno:

I have also installed new KYB GR-2 shocks on all four corners, Haven't taken pics of those yet but I will when I get under there and put the new cat back exhaust on. So stay tuned for more "build" pics to come!

Lookin good! When my motor swap is complete i want to change my cluster and hvac controls to red leds as well. Is the red bright as the stock green?

They are bright, but the red seems more subdued then the green, not as irratating in my opinion.

I like the red dash lights. you got a purty bitchin little rig man. speaking of leds are you gonna try the new led headlights? theyre like 200 a pair but theyre supposed to last 5 to7 years without dimming. still, thats pretty expensive.

Got a link to those? I might consider looking into them.

Did get the new exhaust under the truck after work, but the pending storm made me get out of dodge before the power went out! (the building I work in looses power if it get to windy or rainy) I will get some pics soon though. Oh and she sure does sound nice now!

Looks nice, sorry man, not a fan of the grille. The honeycomb looks alot better. That grille makes it look too much like a 4x2

nice work man!!
but yeah, that grille... maybe the honeycomb was better, but its ok if u like it
waiting for more updates!

I looooooved the red gauge lights on the Audi I had, they were really easy on the eyes and I felt pretty cool too.

more stuff done

Was getting real tired of looking at the nasty arse fender flares you see below:
fenderbefore.jpg

So I went and bought me a can of this stuff:

And now my fender flares actually look GOOOOOOOD! :yahoo:

I keep forgetting to get the pics of the shocks and exhaust tho :annoyed: I'll try to remember to get some tomorrow night at work.
