hi guys i have a number issues going on with my truck its a 1995 5 speed manual 2 wheel drive, not sure if they are all related. ill gibe you guys some background on the truck, i have replaced 4 out of the 8 spark plugs, the 4 on the passenger side wont budge, replaced with motor craft plugs, also replaced all 8 plug wires with duracraft gold. also ill start with the biggest problem, to take off from a stop you have to rev the engine to what sounds like 4000 rpm to get the truck to move with out bogging down, if not the truck seems to stall out. the next issue is when the truck is in gear and driving as the revs get higher the oil pressure drops, the last issue is the truck wont drive over 65 mph and you cant drive in 5th, there is no power to accelerate.

a list of parts i have replaced are the fuel pump, clutch, master cylinder, slave cylinder, alternator, starter and plugs and wires as i mentioned any insight would be great, thanks in advance

Does the Check Engine Light(CEL) work, it should come on with the key and then go off after starting the engine?
If CEL doesn't work then stop by an auto parts store and have then check for Codes, they do it for free.
WRITE THEM DOWN!!!!
If there are any

Reads like lack of compression, can you check compression?
2.3l should be 160+ psi

If 130 psi or so then timing belt may have slipped, lowering compression and so lowering power at any RPM

Fuel pressure is a long shot since you don't mention misfiring at higher speeds, just a lack of power.
You can rent fuel pressure tester, 30-40psi is what you should show at idle, and then No lower than 30 psi or so if you hold RPMs at 3,000 for 30 seconds or so

If you replaced the drivers side plugs, and did not replace the passenger side, it most likely will not help a lot with driveability. The drivers side fire on command, and are for emissions control, while the passenger side are used 100% of the time the engine is running.
Needing to rev so high would point me to an ignition or valve timing problem. Given that you can rev that high, it is not as likely the catalytic converter or exhaust is plugged, and you have sufficient fuel flow for operation at that speed.
I'd want to pull the passenger side plugs and inspect or replace before anything else.
