mud flaps

I made some mudflaps for my Chevy because the spray behind me was ridiculously bad. I wouldn't be able to see who what behind me. They worked... Sorta. Good enough for some conveyor belt skirting anyway.

Personally, I'd rather have them than not.

I have them on mine and they do not bother me. Adsm you just have to remember he is "that guy" and does not know any better.

I ride and drive behind idiots with mud flaps and they do not help. I still get sprayed with crap....they are worthless.......

im sick of following idiots kicking up rocks into my windshield, mostly semi truck drivers though. i tend to stay back, but an 18 wheeler with missing flaps can shoot rocks along way, last windshield that broked was from an 18 wheeler cutting in and out of traffic, SOB got pulled over for going about 75mph though(we were going 70 and he blew by us.)

you dont need flaps that hang low, just long enough to catch rocks that fly up as rocks dont shoot out that low, do that 22.5 degree measurement to see how long you need.

almost all of my road damaged windows were from legal cars.

i made some more flaps from chain....they are missing. someone liked them enough to take them:icon_confused:

but i dont think stray took em:icon_rofl:

rofl yea happens around here offten also... :/ sad to say
