My credo
If you can't go through it or around it, then go over it.
my wife gave me her MP3 player. it is a Sansa Fuze 8GB. I need a way to run it through the Factory FM radio in my chevy truck. If possible I want a USB connection to the FM adapter (because using the headphone jack is just lame) and something that plugs into the antenna jack (more reliable than a wireless connection.)

Iv not seen an fm mod that will take a usb. Most take a RCA that would be a google thing. Even a fm mod would still use the head phone jack tho. You next option would be a wireless fm. Or up grade the hu with somthing that has a USB port all ready on it. As lame as you think it is the headphone cable will give you the cleanest sound and it will be more genericly universal. To other mp3 players or audio sorces

lol in ur chevy truck

Looks like you'll just have to suck it up and be "lame" because with sansa mp3 players you can't transmit audio through the usb, only the headphone jack. You also can't control them through a stereo like you can an ipod.
