Hey guys I want to mount a 10 inch sub in my extended cab ranger while still being able to use my back seats. I was thinking about building a box to fit inbetween the driver and pass footwells. It looks like it should fit in there fairly easily. Has anybody ever done this before or have any reasons why this would be a bad or good place?

I placed a 8" sub between the back to jump seats. Built my box to look like the jack cover. but if you are looking for diff. places people placed there boxes do a search. there is a whole thread about bpx placement.

Here is this thread about subs between jump seats. I know it not what you asked about but it might help you.
