well i want to put a 331 stroker in a ranger, but i dont know where to get engine mounts.

yes i went to the tech library, but i could only find them on james duff and they were for a 83-85 ranger

i want to have more choices than that

where can i get mounts for older 2wd rangers from like 83 to about 91?

its a 302 block, and i have to buy the truck first

Motor mounts? Your local parts houses have em in stock. 85-93 GT Convertable Stang.

Dude save your money... Forget about buying the motor mounts, and the truck to put them in. Just send the motor to me. I've got the mounts, and the truck, but no stroker.

Keep us posted on this truck if it works out!

if i had the money to send i still wouldn't send it to ya.

i need time to get a truck fixed up and to build and engine, which i haev never done orf seen done before. my neighbor is a professional. he build alcohol engines for race cars but he wont do it for me.

my dad had a 347 built for his 82 boss 302, it needs finished, but do ya think i stand a chance in a race? without the blower he has for it of course

This is the motor mounts i used they worked well i just need to trim some away for headers. Let me know if you cant read them.

i belive mine are 302 f-150 motor mounts with fancy c-channel on the frame 1.5in tall to get the hight, i test fitted with just plain c-channel with a hole in for the motor mount bolt. i have pictures but dont know how to post them or it dont let me

There certainly was, if in name and sticker on the air cleaner only.

Advertisements at the time were "Bring Back the Boss".
Year the 302 was available again. It was absent in '80 and '81.

To the original question, The fox body vert mounts are the same part # as '94, '95 GT's, and also Lincoln Mark VII. (Mine came from the Lincoln) Possibly others. There is a left and a right, as the bolt is offset.

From searching the Mustang sites, I believe the dimensions of the mounts are the same as a Fox coupe, but the constrction differed. (the vert/sn'95 version has a captured design that cannot seperate if it fails)
