Motor drops power

Aya....not good with phone Internet stuff

One more assumption .....not spark knocking....shitty fuel will pull timing too....or maybe if it's unplugged.

No. everything is new on the fuel and spark side, It may have a mismatched PCM or bad MAF. It is 100% an electrical/ sensor/ computer problem. ECM is brand new for a 91 4.0 manuel 4x4, motor and all electrical came from 91 4.0 Auto 2wd.
Truck was fully rebuilt, frame off resto.

The truck is a manual trans? Same manual trans that the donor ECU is configured to work with?

Could the wiring harness be missing something for the manual trans?

This is the pcm. The ECU is new and is for a 91 4.0 Manuel 4x4

So I checked my book on ford EEC IV trouble codes. The First code, from the Key off Engine off test, is either "Canister purge circuit failure" or "Shift solenoid 3/4 - 4/3 circuit failure"

I think the flashing ones are just saying there are no stored codes, but it say you would get either two ones or three ones.

What do those mean??
