More Bronco hear say.

I thought 32 inch tires would lower the RPM's a touch and I might gain a bit of MPG's... no chance.

Those mpg numbers don't surprise me based on what I'm getting with the 2011 and the 2019. Where the 2019 shines is highway driving and being less brick like than the Bronco or the 2011. The 2011 used to get about 20 on highway tips before I put bigger LT tires, the windshield visor, and recovery gear in the truck. The 2019 with the hills and local driving gets around 17-18 on average where there is more stop and go and the turbo kicks in more.

I would stay AT and as narrow as possible too.

After thinking on it while disking stalks tonight, while a letdown I shouldn't be making a big deal out of it.

A big reason my wife wanted a Bronco is so I wouldn't have to build another truck so we could all go offroading together and so she would have something to drive not worthless in winter. It would have been a V8 swapped Explorer or Land Rover Discovery if I was to build something.

Well what do you suppose they would get? High teens. So why the water works? Plus it is another thing to keep tires on, insure, maintain etc in addition to getting something else to replace her Edge.

And who knows... by 2022 MY maybe they will let a guy get 3.73's with a locker on the BD. Parts do exist via the Ranger...

You will love it... she will love it... Oliver will love it too.

You could certainly do worse... and if it doesn't fit the bill... there will be a used market chomping at the bit to take it off your hands I'm sure.

Hell... bring it to the trail ride and we will all take turns lovin it...

Need to save this page....as a critical thinking tool for those enviromongoloids.

I wish I could get some of the prc engineers to participate here.

Those numbers sound good to me...

59869

And yours is rated what 22-23?
I’d have to check my window sticker, but nearest I can find it’s 18 for my truck without the max tow. The gear change with the max tow would drop it at least 1 mpg.
Plus I leave that RTT on year round... that can’t help.

We are hoping to hit the one in Texas next year.

rooftop items could hurt milage. Saw this @ tiffin flea mkt today
