You don't say why you would want to convert, but I think this application is for racing only where fuel injection is not allowed. The cost of the manifold alone would deter me, $500 bucks.
You would have to do something with the computer system as it relies on the MAF/TPS for engine operation.
A carb doesn't require as much fuel pressure as FI. It also will produce more power when tuned properly according to those who know, so this would not be a concern. shady
The reason why I'd like to go carbed is because I inherited a 90 ranger 4.0l with a shot body. I have a 1977 tirumph tr7 that has ford 2.8L v6 and drivetrain out of a 77 ford capri. I would like to update to the 4.0 for some more oomph, but dont want the hassles of all the electronics and updating my carbed fuel tank to FI etc. I have been trying to call morana v6 but no answer??
