Between school and family, we havent touched this project yet, the metal yard is far away and me and my buddy both are busy all week. Hope to get metal soon. But we did pick up a new set of leafs for this truck

As they are for a chevy I dont care, they are 15" springs! Picked em up brand new from a guy who didnt use them and got em for about 1/3 of their initial cost

Project got scrapped, we got our 460 started working on it, it will have about 511Hp and still 9.5:1 comp.

We got a new frame to allow for the springs to be used, but instead came to the idea of building a current truck we already have with the parts we accumulated. 78 Ford bronco already on 9" of lift will now be on tons and 44s with a hefty motor.

With 10.25 put in with a 1" block. Almost level as the 9" rear on 40s.

Looking for a 78-79 D60 now to put up front. For now we will be putting 8lug outers on the d44 we had laying around.

Haha, its only like that for a little, Just wanted to get the axle under and tires to clean fenders. Will be rotating the pinion soon. He is actually able to move it around the yard in forward and reverse without bind.

Updates on the bronco, it is done and wheels its nuts off.

Tackin up the Cs

Shes getting a 1973 face lift aswell

Bringing it to the farm for the test and tune

Result of trying to break up hard clay and the truck lunging with your tires tuned into the bank

Update, the truck now has a 510Hp, 600TQ 460BBF powerhouse and on a 3" bodylift

Shes running good, has a slight intake backfire randomly. Might be starving carb at certain points.

Havent adjusted carb overall yet, so float levels and Accel pump clearance still have to be checked.

Well it looks like my buddy isnt satisfied again..

This month starts the build of the Shop Mega truck..

Got lucky they are U joint axles!!!

They are the size of my hand haha.

Taking them apart to De-Brake the axles.

Gotta weld up the 4 link top hats.
