mods

Tires. On my previous Ranger, it would have been waking up the 2.9. With a dremel, sharpie marker, and a few hours, my truck went from bogging out when I'd shift into 2nd while burning tires to being able to keep them moving in 2nd with a solid chirp into 3rd.

My best mod was definately the 7 pin trailer wiring harness. Pulling a 3500 lb trailer with a 2.3 L is like night and day stopping with trailer brakes. :icon_thumby:

Dude, stop waking the dead, let the dead sleep...this post is so old it's got mold coming out of the woodwork!!!!! lol

first wheeling trip fawking the paint all up.

its all down hill after that:D

I recently modified the fuel tank. I changed it from empty to full. That has so far proven to be a temporary but good mod.

Mine would probably have to be my Dana 30 swap. Im pretty happy with the end resault.....but still trying to work out all the bugs :icon_welder:

My first Best mod was going from the stock 14" tires to Aluminum 15" Explorer wheels and 235-75-15 tires, looks just right now. The next Best mod was yanking out the 3.45 gears and replacing them with 4.10's. I and the 3.0 are much much happier now!
