I don't think monochrome pastels, those disgusting yellow plug wires, and geometric squiggles were a thing in the '60's and '70's

My comment was based on year model of the truck. I didn't realize you were only talking about the paint and graphics. However, I had a friend in high school (79-81), who had a 50's vintage Dodge pickup with similar color. Could be wrong, but I thought it was original paint.

We had a 50s International pickup in almost that exact colour, it was original paint.
