mitsubishi fm146 to mazda m50d-r1

Ok i know this has been covered before. But i need to know the bear minimum of what i need to do to put a mazda m50d-r1 behind my 89 ranger witha 2.9....i dont want to change clutches or starters or anything right now my funds are alittle depleted.....so what im asking is it a direct bolt in fit? and do i have to change my clutch?...somebody please help me!!!!

I know ive used it alot....i just need someone to tell me i can keep my 2.9 clutch and starter and my bw1350....
