Missing

A week ago the engine ran just fine, started it up yesterday and had major engine miss and a shutter when I gave it some gas. It has around 95000 miles. Could a PCV valve cause this? If not any ideas?

No codes. The engine miss is not as bad after the engine warms up. Any ideas?

From description its most likely a spark plug is bad, it just happens, could be a wire but plug is more likely
4.0ls eat spark plugs up
Motorcraft or AC are best brands to use, NGK a close 3rd
Big gap, 0.054
Regular copper/nickle or DOUBLE Platinum, single coating is a waste of money with Coil Pack systems
