Missing Connector - '85 2.8

I was hunting around the engine bay for various foibles and found these connectors in the passenger side of the engine bay missing a friend.
Both connectors are wrapped together in the same collection/strand. Nothing in eyeshot for them to hook up to.

Half the features on this truck don't work(turn signals, back up lights, flashers, seatbelt light/warning) despite good fuses so I'm sure this pertains to at least one.
Any ideas on what they may be or where the opposite ends might be? Again, nothing in the engine bay, glove box, or passenger footwell that'd match

OBD1 test ports. They are not hooked up during normal operation of the vehicle.

Only used during testing with a reader.

For the things you describe not working, look over on the driver side fender. There is a plug that contains all of the engine sensors, but really everything you describe sounds like a bad ignition switch on the steering column. They are known to fail and separate and cause intermittent issues.

@ford4wd08 Thanks for the input. Makes sense on the ignition switch being the culprit. Every fuse looks to have been replaced recently.

Is either the green or the blue connector the engine sensor plug you're referencing?

Focus on the connector circled in Red, there are some plugs on the driver side fender that are not plugged up as well.

I still would start inside with the ignition switch and cross it off the list.
