missing at idle

my truck seems to be missing a little bit, only at idle though, i replaced the plugs and plug wires a while back and found one that was inproperly routed... however that is not the problem anymore... ive gone through them 3 times and every one is where it should be... im out of ideas. also it has a certain hesitation when you rev it. if you do just a quick step on the pedal, it will hesitate quite a bit. not sure if they are related. thanks...

have u cleaned the MAF sensor pull it out and DON't TOUCH IT spray it off with plastic safe electronics Cleaner or MAF spray see if that helps my mechanic says he dose to every car that comes in to his shop even if its just for an oil change and people are amazed how a oil change made it run so much better

I'm having similar problems glad to see im not the only person missing, Red does yours get better even at idle as the engine gets hot i miss at least once every cycle when its cold but after a good bit of driving or idling it will go away. And ill try the MAF thing tomorrow but i dont have any fancy spray anything else i can use?

mine doesnt seem to get any better, theres always a slight miss.

if your sure it isn't spark then its time to check injector pulse and compression, but i would check spark one more time if it was me.
