misses when put in gear

I have a 2000 ranger. When I start my truck and put it in gear and it starts running rough till I take off. It idles in park and neutral just fine. I changed the coil, plugs, wires and cleaned the MAF sensor. The air filter is clean. The engine light didnt come on. I would appretiate any suggestions. Thanks.
