SCT offers a switch chip to plug into your J3 port on your EEC IV system, but professional dyno tuning is needed and frankly not worth it on a 87 2.9L

I like a blue flake. Most any color can "pop" though with the right paint and prep work.

Don't be the obnoxiously loud idiot with purple hornies or any other dumped glasspack. In general, I think glass packs sound terrible on V6s but the muffler is only one variable in the final decibel level of the exhaust.

I made my hitch to fit my roll pan. Search ebay and craigslist for used ones at a fraction of the price. Make sure to look it over. A hitch that shows fatigued joints, tweaked brackets, excessive rust, or rewelded joints should throw a red flag saying "stay away".
