I just got an adapter for Forscan and I was excited to test it out. I have a 1999 ford ranger FF3.0 v6. It’s generally running rough, but It’s got good parts in it. I’ve done all the typical tuneup. Anyways; I thought I would use Forscan to help me out here. I’m looking and the misfire reading in mode$06 on cylinder 8 is 70.93%?! Could someone help me understand this.

In the live data tab, you can pull up a misfire counter while it's running. Not sure how it is testing 10 cylinders but I'll try running this test you did in the morning on my '00 3.0l FF.
