I posted before but I need to update. 93 ranger 3.0 132k. I have replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, coil, plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, tps, checked my distributor, everything I could imagine. It runs fine at idle but misfires under acceleration. Full throttle it runs fine but fuel is expensive! Also it is worse if my truck idles for a while, it gets way worse. It hesitates and pops and bucks while going down the road. I dont know what else to do, Im fed up. I dont know if I have an injector dying or a vacuum leak or what. Ideas?

Injector issue is my primary suspect at this point.

It is noticibly worse if I let it sit and idle. It stops runs fine once in a while then goes right back into it. Also it runs better when its cold (If I just start it and leave)
