Blew up my Tcase 2day... sounds horrible when i put it in 4x4..

heres a hill i climbed up. a good grade! pretty steep! its allot worst in summer beach sand underneath all that snowmobile packed snow

went threw some deep snow at the top of that hill was a bit squirly i thought i was gonna get stuck for sure no footage of that spot tho...

got my replacement 2day.... same t-case bw1354e. im not putting it in anytime soon gonna build the doubler for it then shove it in! hopefully it last a bit longer....

no one has any input?? heres a update..

got my ownerships for my blue mazda.. it has a lean.. i dont want to find out for how much soo im stripping it and scraping the rest!

half doors going in the works!, New bed (stock looking), and any other panel or parts i can mess up wheeling like fenders, headlights.

also looking to make it a 3 seater. 2 buckets up front and 1 60/40 split seat in the rear right in the middle for video recording!

the rest is scrap or extra money for my build!

sucks about the blue truck. and as for the t case all i can think of is maybe swap up to a np205 outta a old f150 or somthing.

it would have to be all custom as far as i know. but before you do that was your transfercase mounted the stock way? im juts asking becasue i know some ppl mount it solid and the motor on bushings then it will break the case

case hasn't broken. the case never moved when it was built... soo stock mount

then i got nothin... what gears are you running in the diffs? i think i remember a toyota guy saying he was breaking outputs in his t case but that was because it was a doubler and it couldnt handle the added tourque.

but your only on what 33s? and you wernt exactly too hard on it when it broke from what it looks like in the video maybe it was just a fluke or had a crack from earlier abuse i dunno
