so last year during the winter i was getting around 15mpg (most of the driving back and forth to school, the engine barely warms up by the time i get there). but this year I've been getting low 13's some of it might be that Im driving a little harder. but i dont think it would be enough to lower it that much?

what else could be causing this
1994 3.0 auto, ext cab 70xxx miles

supercharged 3. or v8

lol

What size tires and gears you running? I noticed a slight drop now that I have LT235/75/R15 on with the stock gearing (I think 3.55 or 3.73 not sure yet) plus I got like 100lb in sand bags in the back for traction.

EDIT: Guess I should say what I was getting. Well before the tires and weight I was getting like 28-30 maybe better on the highway, now I think it is at like 24ish maybe a bit more. That is also Canadian mileage though. So I guess something like 25 for the first part and about 21-22 after the tires?

P225/70R14 with 3.73(i believe)

again this is all city stop and go. with a cold engine 75% of the time. 2.5 mile trip roughly.

i have a b3000 and im getting about 13-15 in winter but i like to slide around but for the most part when its nice i've gotten 19.98 (so close to 20 cant break the mark) its all stock running 235/75r15 wrangler radials

tune up????

again, tune up?

plugs, filters, wires, cap, rotor, PCV valve, check tire pressure, check for dragging brakes, etc etc.

not letting the engine get up to temp isnt very good for your mileage or engine longevity. you might consider putting a peice of cardboard in front of your radiator, behind the grill to allow the engine to warm up faster. just dont forget to remove it if you have to take a longer trip.
