Mile Marker Hubs

I installed a set on my Explorer a few years ago. They work great. I got a brand new set off eBay for $74 with free shipping. I don't do any off-roading, but I use 4wd frequently in the winter for driving in snow. I've never had a problem with them.

I would agree, they should be fine for lighter use (snowy roads, etc), however I've seen some reports of them breaking under harder use or with oversized tires.

If you plan on any serious offroad use, I strongly suggest getting the Warn hubs (the Warn Jeep hubs are even stronger still, which these are the ones you want if you have any plans to install a front locking differential)

I plowed with my Mile Markers all last winter without a problem.

I'd rather blowup a hub than an axle.

Mine didn't last very long. Blew one up when I got stuck in some mud.
I Bought some used Warns off here and never had another problem.
