mild prerunner build


I've been laid off for a few weeks now so progress will be slow until im back to work but i'll post up whatever work I get done

sorry to hear that. nice job on teh porting though! did the same thing on my polaris rzr. its fairly simple, just need a good eye and some knoweldge of how the head is built. jsut by shaving the head .020, porting and polishing, and retuning my rzr i picked up 6hp which is quite a bit in these little things. amazing what a little work can do! lol
 
Your B pillar looks familiar lol.. I hope you like the point over the brake light more than I do. Because of that bend I wasnt able to go into the cab the way I wanted. Build is looking great cant wait to see on the dirt

lol yeah it dont leave many options for going through the cab but I have something special planned for the top of the cab
 
I'll have the skid plate for it tomorrow, with some work with a finishing wheel it wont be so rough, still thinking about adding a front reciver

those 31's are now a thing of the past, traded them for some wore out 33" swampers mounted on wheels that Boggin wanted, ill be picking up a 9" rear and a set of 33's from Boggin in the near future

P.S. my prerunner looks gay with swampers on it

i know the trucks not done and is still bare but the tires still look too small for it. lol
and it does look strange on swampers
 
got the skid plate added today and made the mount for the electric fans and the rad (dont have the rad yet)
