why does this say southeast members by location in the southwest regional forum?

Wondered that myself... Anyway im in Podunk(Pahrump), Nevada (just outside of las vegas) and cant wait to get out (bout 50,000 ppl and 50% old ppl)

Probably because I started the thread in the Southeast Region many years ago, before even the 2007 forum make over. Got tired of the constant where's everyone located clogging up the section and saw similar thread ideas working on other forums, so I copied it. The idea caught on so the mods copied it to the other regions and the title for this one never got renamed.

I still update the true Southeast list which shows up in the forum as simply "Members by Location" and it gets annoying there as well, since the region isn't specified it catches members from everywhere.

Can't recall for sure, but back when I started the original thread there may have only been a single location forum and it was later broken out into the regional forums. That would explain why I titled it "Members By Location" and didn't include the region.
