I'm not sure people would appreciate being "spammed" in their pm box. Personally, I think the way you have been announcing these has been fine. Biggest reason I haven't showed up for one is that they're on Sunday morning, plus the distance.

Same here. It's about a 130 mile drive, 3+ hours considering Atlanta traffic. Not going to wake up Sunday morning and make the drive, and it's hard for me to want to stay the night in Kennesaw.
