:icon_idea:: Well here goes. Been watching this site for some time and now it is time to do what I always wanted, build a hot rod. My '94 b3000 is 500 miles from 400k as of this post. I bought a s10 xtreme to drive and now I can do the b3000. I love this 3.ol v6. I drive this truck like I stole it and I have dusted several rice burners, you know the ones that sound like pissed off bumble bees. They won't jump on my s10, but they will my b3. Now it is time to give it some serious upgrades. Here's the list of projects, 1st- cold air intake. 2nd- upgrade exhaust. 3rd-upgrade injectors, polish intake & heads. Intall ignition box for the hotter spark. plus other little add ons. I thought about a 4.6 from a stang but I want to keep it a b3. Let this little 3.0 talk the talk then walk all over these guys. I am over 50 but still 21 at heart. when this is done a new 3.0 will be on the engine stand for total rebuild and upgrades. after all this I still plan to 24+mpg reg driving but be able to kick some ass when the moods strikes. When all is said and done, the exterior will be done with racing stripes and it will be the new Mazda B-xtreme. What you guys think. already buying and putting up the parts for this.:icon_thumby:
