Hi I have a Mazda b4000 with the push-rod v6 that I think has a blow head gasket as it is burning coolant as there's white smoke coming out the exhaust and the spark plugs on the driver side have oil on them. I also would like to mention that it idle just fine but when you give it some gas then it starts to run a little rough.

Edit: Just hoping to get some advance on what it other thing it could be and how to go about it

Google cooling system glove test.

The white smoke out the exhaust would be cracked head or bad head gasket from being overheat before

Try some Rislone Head Gasket Fix for now, should seal it up for a while

The oil is from intake valve guide seals most likely, just old seals, if/when you decide to do the heads then you can replace them
