May need to learn to surf

Well..............A friend that I was stationed with in the UK is recommending my for a job in........................wait for it...........................................wait for it.....................Hawaii! I will be doing long haul communications for the Marines doing Spec Ops in the south Pacific and Indian Ocean. He has seen some of the resumes for some of the others that have applied. He thinks I have a really really really really good shot at getting the position.

Can anyone recommend any good surf shops?

Where are you going to be....in Hona Lu lu? I have surfed all of the world, Bro. Thailand, Vietnam, Africa, Australia, Japan, Marshall Islands (Bikini Atoll) and of course the USA. I may not be the best surfer...but I never fell off a board except for the first two times while learning to surf in Monterey, Ca. Man there are still a lot of surf shops all over the world. Just google the place you are going. Hawaii is so expensive to live in. Hope you are making plans for the expense...it cost a bunch to live in California as well. I have lived there a bunch of times...my dad way military and so was I. I have not surfed in some time now do to my injuries from the military. I may never be normal again but I can still go to the beach and watch everybody have fun!!!!! I still have my last board and that is going to a friend to hang in his apartment next week. He loves the surf theme to match his surf music!!!!

Ohhhh nice there. Lots of surf shops there. I was in Pearl Harbour was too many times. I did love to visit Hawaii. I just was glad the Navy did not station me there. Too far away from the mainland to vist family in California and Florida...lol....you can't just get in, and sit down, and DRIVE!!!!!!!
