May Long Weekend Offroading

We went out for a day of offroading near Whitecourt,AB. Had a great time as usual and got stuck real good in some gumbo mud/woodchip goop. That stuff was nasty.

I am so MAD! My truck spun a fr wheel bearing and damaged the spindle just before the damn weekend. I got a replacement yesterday and it will be tomorrow before it gets fixed. That looks like a nice powerline run, what lift do you have? I really like those radius arms and their mount.

I had thought that I'd finally snapped a front axle shaft after we got out of that mess. Was slowly driving and heard a "grind grind" noise that actually stopped the truck. Got out to look and found a rock had wedged between the RF rim and brake caliper. Backed up and out it popped. Great !! Went to drive forward again and the noise was a very loud " SNAP SNAP ". Got out again and chipped away at the mud/wood gunk in the knuckle. Found a 1.5" branch jambed between the u-joint and beam. Only problem we had that day.
