may be a stupid question but will parts from a 91 fit a 94?

i am fairly new to rangers, i picked up a 94 a couple weeks ago and it has some minor problems, i know where a 91 is and it's priced cheap, but i am not too familiar with what years parts will interchange. other then the obvious like engine size & trannys needing to be the same what else will work? if nothing will i might just buy the 91 and start parting it out and listing parts on here and i am sure i can get my $ back.

the interior and drive trane are largly the same. the bodies are completely different.
