Manual transmission retrofit

Has anyone here rebuilt the manual transmission on a '94 2WD, 3.0? Any advice is welcome, my 1-2 synchronizer is trashed, otherwise still going strong after more than 325k

You have to be handy and have some special pullers or be able to modify a standard puller to take it apart. It's not that easy in my opinion.

Here's a used one in Texas. Say's it has 99,000 miles on it if you can believe that.

P.S. That one with a picture with it was hit in the frontend. So it was a running truck till that happened.

Much appreciated Franklin! I'll check these out, get quotes and go that route because I'm definitely not up for altering tools to do a once in a lifetime job
