Would it still run and drive normally if I kept my PATS module and just swapped the ecu and wire harness?

Swapping the PATS module is pretty easy - push the tab in on the glove box, undo the 2 bolts for the air bag, unto the PATS module - 2 bolts I think and a connector. (Disconnect the battery 1st of course, no one wants an airbag accidentally going off while handling it).
