manual steer 4wd pitman arm

Ive swapped a manual box into my 93 4wd. Currently running a 2wd pitman arm which isn't quite correct.

Ford says that the correct 4x4 arm (E3TZ3590E) in obsolete, does anyone know where I can go looking for one? Ive tried all the local wreaking yards and all they have is 2wd's.
