manual lockouts

my manual lockouts arent engaging when i put it in 4 wheel, im sure that i have gotta get a new set of lockouts, any idea how much a new set of manual lockouts are???

How do you know it's your hubs aren't engaging?

If they are in the locked position there is little possibility for them to disengage...

when the hub is locked and the shifter is in 4x4, it sounds like a spline slipping at the left front wheel when i start to move

take the hub apart and inspect the parts. when i had a hub go, i found that the sliding collar had broke into 3 pieces.
