Today I had problem sometimes when I changed gear. When I change from 2nd to 1st while car rolling, the stick goes easy into 1st, but when I release the clutch the gearbox is not in gear (makes ugly noise). If i clutch again and put it into gear it looks like everything is okay. Same thing happen when going from 3rd to 2nd. Any ideas???

Noise in neutral is a sign of nasty impending doom for the transmission.

Though it's conceivable that you might be describing a clutch problem (specifically, absent pilot bearing allowing the input to flop in neutral), any noise present in all gears but 4th means you need a transmission NOW.

I have no noise in neutral.

Gearing up goes great. Only problem when gearing down. Stick goes easily from 3rd to 2nd, but when I release the clutch the gearbox is not correctly in 2nd gear (makes scratch noise). I can clutch again, and maybe this time its in 2nd (without moving stick). Looks like the gearbox need some time going from 3rd to 2nd. Same problem from 2rd to 2nd gear.
Have tried changing oil today...
