is there any way that i can put the front output shaft from my auto 1354 into my manual 1350 to keep from having to get a new driveshaft and such up front

i don't think there is anyway to package a doubler without modifying the front and rear drive shafts......

no find a real manual tcase a 1354 you will break a 1350 will off roading in no time

It looks like no one has answered your question here. I am assuming you are asking if it is possible to convert the slip yoke style output on the 1350 to the fixed yoke style that comes on a 1354. I dont think it is possible to convert, but you could always snag the shaft from whatever donor you are getting the 1350 out of.

A 1350 will hold up just fine behind any stock RBV motor. everyone makes a big deal about the 6 gear planetary found in the 1354 vs the 4 gear found in the 1350, but in reality a 1350 will hold up fine to a 4.0 turning 35's. You will break ujoints and axle shafts before the transfer case goes.

thanks man thats what i was asking sorry if it came out wrong, i just have a 1350 laying around and thought id ask since i heard they are the same thing except for the front output...

also after reading last night some of the 1354's dont have the 6 gear planetary only 95 up t-cases...

i looked around in all the yards around here and cant find a 1354 so i guess ill just have to go pick up a shaft

Yeah, the 1350 is plenty strong, it'll be fine.

i stand corrected!

yea the 1350 should do i doubt ill ever be on anything over a 35" tire and most likely a 34" ltb
