Got my truck proffesionally painted at a local shop for 300 bucks they use ppg. Only reason it was so cheap is because I had a little bit of front end damage and when they fixed it and repainted it it didn't match at all. Looked like 2 different colors. So I complained to ppg and talked to the owner of the shop and ppg paid for most of it and the shop painted my whole truck.

I had mine professionally painted at a shop for a case of beer. That included the paint. I might have forgotten to mention that it was one of my friend's shops. The beer was because one of his painters stayed around after work to spray it and he wanted something during the flash times. They painted it with some heavy duty stuff. Multiple coats of primer with four coats of paint. It's some tough stuff. I laid the truck over on it's side and mangled the heck out of the the door, fender, quarter etc. The paint didn't even chip.
