M5R1 Help

I drove my truck last night with no problems what so ever. She shifted fine. Sat over night started her up in morning let her warm up and tried to go into reverse and it was like i wasnt pushing the clutch in. But i was and it was just grinding. I pumped the clutch and tried again still nothing. I can go into 1-4 no problem. It will go into 5th sometimes but it wont engage reverse at all. It will just grind as if im trying to engage with out clutch pushed in. Looked in the inspection hole on side of transmission and no evidence slave cylinder leaking???? Resevoir on fire wall is filled where its supposed to be. I am lost and have no idea where to start. Im new to the M5R1 any help would be apprciated.

Well, 5th and Reverse are in their own cluster, w/ their own shift fork, and live in rear end of tranny... and since 1-4 seem fine, I agree clutch/slave/bellhousing components not the prob.

In order to get the RKIs/Pros to respond, I'd make your title line MORE SPECIFIC, e.g.:

"M5R1 won't go 5th or REV; 1st-4th are normal"

Then incl. LOTS of details on year, mileage, abuse, etc.
