Hi...I have a '93 Ranger 4wd that I just finished as a project vehicle. The truck came with 1995-1997 Ranger wheels and center caps which the previous owner had bought off Craig's List...He never put the center caps on, but I've opened up the front two center caps with a hole saw to accomodate the Warn "Jeep" hubs that I replaced the stock auto hubs with. I want to put the center caps on now, but they require a longer and it looks like bigger lug nut that they slide over and lock-onto than the ones I have on the truck now. Can anyone help?

Wrecking yard or a Ford dealer I believe are your only options. I would try a wrecking yard, they're probably laying all over the ground and they might let you have them for the effort of just picking them up off the ground.

'95 & up Rangers & Explorers would have the lug nuts you need.

Thanks...

I was told by the previous owner that I needed F-150 lug nuts, and I thought that was wrong...So I'll just canvass the junkyards for 1995 and up Ranger lug nuts...I appreciate it...Thanks again.

I don't know if F-150 nuts would work or not (they'd have to be '97 & up ones, which have a metric 5x135mm wheel pattern. If the nuts themselves are also metric, then no go).

The Ranger/Explorer ones are a surer bet. They have a circumferential "rib" around them that the wheel cover slips over and locks onto.
