Like 97 said, just knock it out the back with a hammer. To reinstall you may have to position the hub at a certain spot to get the new one started in the hole.
Also, a tip for install, get a front axle nut from an Escape, they are just about the right size, coat the threads of the bolt with nickle anti-seize, and tighten until the head is against the back of the hub. Then install the wheel, torque correctly, and retorque after 500 miles.
