Lowering blocks

i ordered all kinds of stuff to lower my ranger its a 97 xlt with the 4 cyl engine
i got the i beams n springs for the front to lower it 5 6 inch there and a flip kit for the back its a 4 inch flip and im goin to order blocks next but i noticed they have flat blocks and slanted n i kno the slanted help the rear align better but only some trucks need it. My question is do rangers need the slanted blocks or it doesnt matter?
